YouTube has chosen to allow each individual to verify their student status one time in a 330-day period. This means you can only be verified on a singular account.
SheerID does not currently have the ability to delete previous verification requests, allow any additional requests at this time, or access YouTube account systems. YouTube's customer support team is the only team who can assist with the transfer of the verified student offer to your preferred YouTube account. Please reach out to YouTube's customer support team at https://support.google.com/youtube for further assistance.
SheerID has been made aware that some consumers have difficulties reaching out to YouTube support. YouTube has instructed SheerID to refer consumers to https://support.google.com/youtube when having concerns outside of the scope of our verification services. Unfortunately, SheerID does not have alternative contact information for YouTube Support and is unable to contact YouTube on your behalf.
If you are receiving this message, our records show that you may have been previously verified for this offer within the past 330 days. At this time, YouTube allows only one verification per student per 330 days, to be applied to one YouTube account only. This means that a new verification request cannot be submitted, even if the email address is different.
You should have received a confirmation email from verify@sheerid.com with a success link to complete the verification process (subject line is "Congratulations: your student status is confirmed"). Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox. We also recommend checking any other email addresses you may have previously used to verify for this offer or used to set up a YouTube account.
To activate the student subscription, please log in to your YouTube account and click on the link provided in your confirmation email from verify@sheerid.com.
