2. Your new address
3. A date within the last 60 days

Take a picture and submit one of the following:

• U.S. Postal Service change of address confirmation letter
• Mortgage deed
• Lease or rental agreement

Any documents submitted to SheerID will be permanently deleted. Feel free to black out / cover up any sensitive information that is unrelated to proving your eligibility.

In order to qualify for this offer, you need to have moved to a new address within the last 60 days.

Sometimes the brands we work with will decide to limit the offer to only specific locations or timeframes. If the options presented on the form are not a close fit, then that means you are not eligible for the offer at this time.
