Any documents submitted to SheerID will be permanently deleted. Feel free to black out / cover up any sensitive information that is unrelated to proving your eligibility.

Your birthdate, as shown on your government-issued IDs, needs to fall within the range of eligible birthdates.

Sometimes the brands we work with will decide to limit the offer to only some specific age ranges of people. If on the form you don't see an option that is a close fit, then that means you unfortunately are not eligible for this offer.
