Questions about your Spotify Student Discount
Spotify has chosen to allow each individual to verify their student status one time in a 334-day period. This means you can only be verified on a singular Spotify account.
SheerID does not currently have the ability to delete previous verification requests, allow any additional requests at this time, or access Spotify account systems. Spotify's customer support team is the only team who can assist with the transfer of the verified student offer to your preferred Spotify account. If you are receiving this message, our records show that you have been previously verified for this offer within the past 334 days. Spotify only allows an individual to verify their status once every 334 days. This means that a new verification request cannot be submitted, even if the email address is different.
You should have received a confirmation email from verify@sheerid.com with a success link to complete the verification process (subject line is “Spotify Student Discount”). Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox.
